My husband shipped my swap partner's package out today, but I found out that it had been in the car for a while before he got a chance to get to the post office! :nodno: Has anyone's pony ever melted in the car? (Texas 100 degree heat)

Swap partner, if your pony suffered from the heat, I'll be totally happy to replace. I hope she makes it ok!! *fingers crossed*
 
pandabean I don't know about melting, but if the ponies' hair is very bright coloured it can bleed onto their bodies! That happened to some ponies I got :nodno: But they were not packed seperately, just all squeezed in the same envelope.
 
My parcel has arrived!!! In order to prolong the excitement, I won't open it until later. I'll post pics in the brag thread as soon as I can.
 
i shipped yesterday, the box looks like it's been fighting some war between wrapping paper and tape XD you will know it when you see it! *phew* postlady said it should only take a few days, so fingers crossed. but it might take a little longer. we'll see :)

Noone has answered my partner question yet!! :uhoh: So I'll repeat it :p

How would you feel if you received just one pony? It would of course be a HTF more expensive pony in great condition, but would you be ok with it being just one? Or would you maybe prefer another cheap one as well? I mean, would you feel ok just getting one pony from this swap or would that feel...I dunno, incomplete?

Please let me know everyone!
 
pony in great condition sounds better to me than a few less good condition ones
 
depends on the ponies and the person. i would not mind a few ok ponies, rather than one great one. but others are so picky they would not like the ok ponies much. depends on what condition they are in. is it dirt/mold/marks/haircut/scratches to eyes symbol...etc. i personally hate haircuts, but i don't mind a dirty body, i can clean that up myself.
 
Personally It really wouldn't matter to me either way. If I have just one or a few ponies. I know it depends on the bigger stuff I couldn't repair: like regrind/cancer/missing limbs. For the most part it is just nice to have someone care enough to send a pony or ponies. Also its even better to send a few to someone else.
 
To answer Gazzy's question...

I'm not a picky collector either so I'm fine with either one great pony or a couple of good condition ponies. I love them all! :)
