Would you open them

I preorder zombie 2 doll and they are slowly coming end. If you don’t know Zombies 2 is a movie from Disney. I wanted to keep them in box but they arrived torn smashed sides and tops. They don’t look good.
I need advice do I keep them in these boxes or buy doll stands and put them up.
What would you do?

I'd opined it but I open all my new toy so I can't really what you like but I really do think since the boxs are damaged they will look better out of the box

I would contact the company you purchased them from. Ask them about exchanging for unbroken boxes or a refund as you are a collector and can’t display in that condition. Then I would sell and repurchase.

(If it was ShopDisney you bought from they will just exchange them for you, they’ve had a lot of questionable packaging lately according to some Disney groups I’m in.)

I got them from amazon it’s like trying to call god to get some one to help me I have tried. I have to pay to send them back wait two weeks for the money then rebuy from somewhere else more expensive.

Usually Amazon will send you a shipping label to send them back... unless it wasn't fulfilled by Amazon. Or drop off at kohl's or ups store and they repack, label, and send.

I can’t through to them and all the places that sale these dolls are high or don’t carry some. Beside of I rebought from amazon again they mail them the same.
So it open or keep in the box. The dolls are fine just the boxes.

Yikes that’s too bad, I’d definitely open them and display them in stands. Sorry that they came in damaged

I liked the Disney Zombies Movies, you should buy double One for you to play with and One for your display case.
opening or not opening depends on what you value more than the other...

Sadly I don’t have funds to buy doubles. Took me 5 month to save for these. I leaning a lot to opening them. The singing doll look like someone took her plastic off and glued it on. The only box that looks ok is cheerleader Allison until you see the back where its been punch or something.

I was just about to ask you if you opened them LOL. I would probably have opened them too since the boxes were so damaged but I have kids so they would have ended up opened anyway and played with in our toy room. We like to open them all and then we build a cube or dollhouse for each one, or the group of simillars, like I have a big dollhouse that I customized for Fluttershy, and all my fluttershys live there. lol

I don't have much space, so I would open them. Plus anything I buy will eventually have to be shipped halfway across the planet when I leave China anyways.
