white windy?

hi i was wondering if anyone knows if this is a white windy, i really dont know!

It's really strange, Ive seen her in person and she has beautiful vivid symbols with hardly any glitter loss (although they are purple), her hair is bright yet she is completely white. Not yellow, purple, beige, she's definately white. Can that happen?

White Windys Always have blue symbols. Any purple and she is just faded.

Seconds that. True white windy has blue symbols. They are a VIVID blue, not mistakeable for purple

In fact how many people truly think white windy exists? I have to admit I have never really believed it.

My sister has one. A seller added her to a lot we got off ebay. We didn't know, and I dont think the seller did either, until my sister was putting her on the shelf next to the original Windy. I wish I could get pictures of her because she'd very pretty.
