Styling Pony Hair Question

Hiyos! Okays, to those who've done styling G3s I got a question: how much hair did you use to reroot?

See, I got a Stlying RainbowDash (I think) comming in the mail, and it's intended to be the LLB tour/show pony next season (so I'm not in a *mega* hurry). This means the girl needs a full rerooting in the Forgiven album blue colors. And seeing as I need to buy some other colors from dollyhair, and i figured it'd just be easier to get all I need at once. However, idk how much I should get of the colors I need for the big girl.

Sooooo my question is how much did you use? Much help would be appriciated ^^

Depends on how long you want it. When I did my stylin custom **** I use all of the 4 skeins I had as I did her as a long haired customs.

I used 5 - 6 hanks on each of mine, and I leave the hair long. ^_^

long would be nice, and were these mono-colored manes/tail or multi-colored? i'm thinking of doing three colors myself here

One of mine was multicolored, the other two were solid colors. It took the same amount of hair, though Starcatcher baits take less than the unicorn or earth baits. *thumbs up*
