Removing symbols?

what can i use to remove symbols, especially on G3's, that won't make the color smear on the pony and discolor the area?

i use goof-off. on symbols with several layers of paint, it does tend to smear it around at first, but i just keep swabbing and eventually it takes it all off. the only ones that have ever been stained are the white ponies - those tend to leave stains no matter what.

i use Nail Polish Remover made for acrylic nails. gets just about anything off of anything.

I just wanted to add that whichever you use let it "soak" for a bit so that it penetrates the paint... they will make for less smearing

symbol removal

I use 100% acetone (you can find it with other nail polish removers - which also contain acetone but less of it). It takes the paint right off.
