Everything has value if you find the right buyer 
but it's hard to say, there are some accessories that seem more sought after and can go for quite a lot but I've never really seen that be the case for some of the more common items like combs and brushes. Even though it's for a Spanish version of Whizzer I would think you'd have to find someone specifically hunting for that. Most of the brushes and combs don't seem to go for a whole lot unless they went to a popular, rare pony or are themselves unique. Like the guitar brushes or ABC combs, something that only came with a specific line of ponies or something like Rapunzel's comb and brush. I just don't think the combs do all that great unless you find that particular buyer.
