Pretty Parlour Peachy with Three Rows of Hair?

Hi all I have a question, is the pretty parlour Peachy meant to have only 2, or 3 rows of hair? I discovered my one has three rows, making her hair thicker! Is this normal or very odd? Does anyone else have a pony like this?

It's a whole extra row, not just a few bits! It is very odd...
