Well, my Saturday was a hardcore pony hunting day. I hit a huge garage sale in the morning. I didn't find any ponies, but I did get a bunch of cool plushies including a Purrtender with her costume. (The toucan one) and a Baskin Robbins ice cream maker. I also got a cool plastic broadsword for D and D. My mom found some awesome miniature plastic rocking horses.
Then I went to Crispers and had a coffee freeze to cool off, and headed over to my favorite thrift store's toy department. I thought I saw G1 feet, but it was an ugly fakie. Oh well, that's more than I'd found in a long time. Then I saw a bag of G3 accessories... getting closer. I got some more stuffed animals, some presents for my friends, and some for me. I found a gentle heart Lamb, and a Fisher Price Big Things Lion that I had wanted since they first came out in 1994. I also got a cool Grumpy Bear Pencil Topper. No ponies, but still a good day.
Sunday I slept late, went out for breakfast at 6 PM, and then went to Target to get some pens and paper for school. I checked the toy section and there were both breezie trains and Glitterbelle! Yay! So I bought them of course.
No G1s, but still a good weekend. And I'm finding pony related things, so maybe next weekend I'll actually find a pony.
