Now I did it...(pics)

We need clean baby updates!

Here are some pictures of the lot... Nasty. Wish you could see the nastiness of 20 years of grime..

And some partially clean ones. After you rinse them, you can really see the stains and discoloration. That black on Windy won't come off with nail polish remover. Any suggestions?

I think I have 1 total without a stain, and that's Baby Moondancer.

You cleaned them up really well! They look a lot better. :D Even with some stains or whatever they still look to be in pretty good condition. :D

I don't have patience for stuff like that, which is why I'd rather pay a extra few bucks for one NM pony on eBay or something. :p

thyose look so aweome!.. i woulda paid $400 for that lot. gladly.. heh.
they look soo nice.. i can only hope to get a large lot after the one i screwed myself out of..

The pictures make them look nice, but they're highly stained/ discolored. Believe me, the lot wasn't worth that much. Every other pony has a black foot with permanent marker too. And the haircuts.
This lot is going to be one heck of a lot of work.

eh but thats where im weird. i love buying demi-baity lots.. they're loved! heh

Oh, they sure are loved. I do love the challenge of getting them back into good shape!

Well, they look great from here. You can always sell off some of the grungier ones to us poor students around, lol

Skyflier and I have started deflocking the so softs. It takes forever! Any tips?
I'm certainly going to bring what's left to the meet, I had so much fun at the last one!

Hey Kar ConnectiCon is July 13-15th. Hope you can come!! It's lotsa fun ^_^

Also, about deflocking SS, we did pretty well with the acetone nail polish remover. Haven't tried Goof Off but does it make them really smooth? Do they stink of it after??

Ponies

You might want to pop over/search through customs to see if they have any suggestions over there for pony spot removal since customizers are always trying to take out spots on their custom baits or on ponies that they're trying to restore. I've heard that removezit and Neutrogenias On the Spot Acne creme are supposed to work well for that but haven't tried either out yet. Good luck - it sounds like you've got a lot of work on your hands there.

Wow, they look so much better! I can't help noticing poor Rainbow Curl (that's her name, right?) I have her too and no matter what I do her hair is just a frizzy, matted mess. Good luck with cleaning up the ponies!

OMG, their so gorgiose!!!! :D
