This little cutie is my fourth Phantom custom
Once a badly shorn and moldy baby Dibbles, Phantom has been completely cleaned and sterilized inside and out.
He has been painted with high-quality, artist's grade paints.
His hair is completely rerooted with high-quality katsilk hair in midnight black.
His mask is a seperate piece and is not painted on. It is, however, glued in place and is not removable.
His eyes and symbol are painted by hand and used no stencils.
His eyes, wings, and his mask have been given a sheer coatng of pearly paint for some sparkle.
