new custom - Star Shades

hi all,

Finally made a new custom! Meet Star Shades:

She has a Care Bears style star as a symbol, and a G3-style foot symbol.

May be a while until the next one is done, as I am making a 7+ layer complicated ancient Japanese court costume, including hat, for an anime-based custom
