I was just wondering if anyone could tell me what this is worth complete, minus the dog or whatever it is. It's in really good condition, very clean, with one of the ribbons missing its sticker.

Also, I tried doing some searching for it on ebay, but I couldn't find anything, and I couldn't find any completed auctions either. Is it kind of rare?

Anything you can tell me about it would be great! Thanks!

I sold mine for about $40 complete about 4 years ago... It's probably $110 or so right now, thanks to the prices going wayyy up.
 
You've got to be kidding? Is it really worth that much? Or even half that much?? That's a lot of money.
 
Oh, it certainly IS worth that much. I got my shell for pretty cheap (it's ratty) but the freakin' ACCESSORIES?!?!? Impossible!

I say get it insured. ;)

Home Sweet Home and Megan's Place. Both almost impossible to get with accessories.

I have a lady at an antique store here who calls me when she gets ponies and she called today saying she had some stuff. I went down there to check it out, got a few ponies and then she brought it out and said it was "complete."

I almost didn't buy it because I don't collect playsets, nor am I really actively collecting ponies anymore because I'm trying to pay off some debt.

I only paid $15 bucks for it!

I'll take some pictures and post them :)
 
Ok, I took pictures, and now I'm slightly worried that it might not all be there, because well, that's how my luck is :) There were some other weird pieces that were in the bag, but they didn't look MLP at all.

Can anyone tell me if this is all the pieces? I read something about a dog, but I don't have that.

Accessories include purple fences, shelves & troughs, and trophy cups, an all-yellow bed, blue riding equipment, yellow flags with new decals (colored w/white symbols: blue w/kites, yellow w/stars, purple w/hearts, green w/?leaves), yellow award ribbons, and a purple pony weather vane. Up, Up, and Away is shown here, but not included. It is believed to have come with a yellow dog with brown spots, though his name is unknown.

I can check and see if my Home Sweet Home has a puppy with it--I'm pretty sure it does ;)
 
Thanks for that information! I've never been to mylittleponycollector.com, but I did read what Dream Valley had to say. Sounds like it's all there, minus the dog. :)
 
I've got a complete set. From what I see of your pics, you're missing:

Yellow Brandy dog (same mold as Brandy, but yellow with purple ears/accents)
Pink felt blanket for the bed
Purple heart-shaped curry brush
Blue reigns for the bridle/saddle riding gear

All in all, that's still a great find. It took me so long to complete my set. I'd say yours is worth at least $50, but depending on who was buying, it could be worth closer to $80 or more.
 
Wholy cow 15 bux.. *faints* What an amazing deal!!!! Did you hug your friend, i would of hugged her. LOL.. Looking at all those pics really brought back memories. That was my favorite playset, i'd take it with me everywhere with that handle and all. I never brought the items with me, just load it up with ponies and off to grandma's!! It's like looking into one of my old rooms. :tongue: I'm so glad you go it in such great shape! Congrats!! :partyguy:

So its only missing 3 pieces then? That's awesome.
I'm gonna put it up for sale eventually if anyone is interested :)
