I’m happy to be back in the pony community and on the trading post after a very long 15 year hiatus.

I lost count when my collection topped over 1000. When I stopped collecting and decided to put the ponies away, I sold off a huge part of my collection. Most of which I regret. Some I honestly don’t ever remember having in my collection. All I have so digital camera photos of them now.

But now that I’m older my collecting habits have changed. I’m more into restoring sad ponies into the beautiful ponies they once were. Or customizing them into new looks.

My IG is mlp_tales_customs has all my current customs and restores.
I will start sharing on here as well.

Oh welcome back!! I’ve been following you on Instagram for a while already, enjoying your mountain girl babies and recolored birthflower ponies especially!
It’s nice to hear more of your collecting story, though I’m sorry it has such regrets! 1000 is amazing! I wonder if we were in the same online circles back then..
My collection was only a third of that but it was in storage bins for 17 years before I got it back out last year and have been doing restorations, additions, and customs as time/energy/budget allow. Time flies.
Please do share your pics and stories here! We’d all love to see them, and it’s nice to get away from insta’s rigid structure sometimes.
