G2 G2 magic motion tail mechanism

I have a g2 magic motion pony (with the spinning tail + head) that I customized... But her internal mechanism broke while I was trying to reassemble her.

Does anyone have a spare mechanism or a poor condition magic motion pony that they'd be willing to part with?

(I've tried a couple times to repair the mechanism to no avail )
