G1 G1 Records/ Tape Players

Just wondering if there was a G1 record player or tape player ever produced? I got a couple read along books in a lot and one of them is a tape and two are records. I would love to be able to listen to them some day but I don't really want to buy just a plain record player for them. If there was a MLP record or tape player though I would be all over that I love G1 merchandise but I wasn't born until 88 so I missed the majority of the G1 hayday and don't remember what all was available for merchandise. If anyone has any info that would be great!

They made one of each during G1! The record player is pink and blue with Sparkler on it, and the tape player is green with a molded Cotton Candy sitting on top of it. Both of them are portable, too.
