Probably my favorite so far of the series! PrincessTiffy commissioned me for a glammed-up Bubbles, and this custom was ridiculously fun to make.

Hair: DH Atomic Turquoise, Unlucky Clover, Dacquiri Ice
Eyes/symbols: India ink and acrylics, sealed w/ Modge Podge
Bubbles sealed w/ sparkle Modge Podge
Features light blue Swarovski crystals, aqua gem necklace, pin curls
