Finally! My latest MIB Pony Grail Princess T......

TAFFETA! OMG! I never thought I'd ever own this pony! I've never seen another one MIB, at least not for YEARS. My fiance saw how nuts I went when she was listed and I talked him into buying her as my 1 and only christmas gift this year:D I told him I didn't care if I didn't get anything else, she's the only one I really wanted and he bid on her for me while I was at work:D He put in some insane amount like $407 and I was in utter shock she only went for $132.50 :shock: I haven't been this happy about a pony in a long while...I was even going to give up collecting but she pulled me back in:D

Ah MOC Bliss, I love it! I really should get some new pics of all my carded ponies...
 
WOW!!! I'm jealous. :) Major congrats! I don't think I'm ever going to get Taffeta either! Maybe I'll get lucky.
 
Congrats!! I was watching that one and was surprised she went for that low, I think you got a great deal on her!
 
Congrats! All of your MOC cards look so great. I love the Princesses MIB. I just want one sortin one MIB and Ill be happy. When you get to that 100 mark I want to see pics of them all together. It be like in a toy store in the 80's
 
omg I really love the Princess Taffeta and SS Heart Throb. They look perfect! That's a lot of moc's, wow...I only have one. :lol:

Wow the tropical ponies' packaging is gorgeous. I don't think I've ever seen it before! And that princess in her packaging brings back memories of tearing open my princesses when I was little. Those were the days!

There seems to be a lot of early Xmas presents going around this season. I'd better update the hubby ;).

I told myself I was going to take a good long break, even 90% of my G3's are in my parents basement except my G1 carded ponies, and some my customs, but Looking at them all it's like wow...I just made more room, lol. My friend and I broke out my sales bin the other day and washed up about 50 and I got her wanting ponies, lol. It's just so darn hard to stay away from this hobby:p I still have another 100 plus to wash, 150 baity ones to get rid of, tho her 18 month daughter had a blast with them, (gotta hook them early, lol). So I gave her a few:)

I know! It's definetly one of my faves:) I had all of them but pina colada as a kid and what do you know, she's the only one I need on card now....I remember going nuts as a kid trying to find her and when I did, my parents wouldn't buy her cause I had just gotten a couple other ponies:( But yes definitely update the hubby...christmas is only less than 4 months away :D
 
That was the only bet I lost lately w/ my hubby ya know. :wink: I bet that Taffeta would go over $200 (seemed like an easy win to me) and I was stunned seeing the ending price. I haven't ever seen her MIB before...that's why I assumed I would easily win that bet!

Hehe, like I said, we had a $407 bid in, I thought for sure she'd go higher, her loose accessories alone for just her crown and wand cost me $50! I paid about $20 for the pony...I still remember when MIB princesses cost $300+...but with back to school starting for most this week, and a good chunk of us collectors being students, I think a lot of people are low on cash right now. I guess I just lucked out and even better, the fiance paid for it,hehe :D

Right now there's JEALOUS written all over my face :p Almost 100 MOC's?!! I would be in heaven. I LOVE MOC's. But I shouldn't complain, I do have a couple myself, but not anything NEAR that. I keep dreaming about the day I do :) *drifts of to dream land*
 
Those cards the Tropical ponys came on are REALLY funkaaaay! :lol:

congrats :) i dont think i have ever seen her MOC before..then again, i usually dont look for MOC ponies
 
Oooh, minty So Softs, minty Princess ponies - lovely!

But I don't think I've ever seen a photo of MOC tropical ponies before - they rock! What great cards!
