This is the 4th version of this design I've crafted during my customizing career, and creates a timeline of my progression of skills.

Pony base is a custom engineered pose from two different generation 3 ponies.

Painted a base coat of Gesso for the acrylics to stick to.

Full body repaint job in antique white acrylics. Eyes painted in my anime/realism fusion style. All paint work sealed in Artists Varnish.

Tail- hand-stitched faux fur that I died with Rit Dye several years ago and have an amount left over.

Hand-stitched gray feathers at the tip then stitched a seam along the inside of the tail.

Mane is re-rooted in gray Restore Doll hair, then dollyhair’s nylon mlp hair in the colors white chocolate, arctic frost and raincloud.

Hair permanently styled in my hair gel method, detailed with feathers.

Outfit- started with the boots. Cut out triangular-shaped soles from black thick belt leather, then wrapped black vinyl strips for the main part. Fastened silver vinyl over top, lined the sole with silver vinyl strips. Leggings are hand-stitched from black with white pinstripe fabric, then some trapezoid-shapes cut out from thick black leather with hand-stitched mesh material over top and fastened to the leggings. Detailed in black ribbon. Gold buckles on boots are hand-stitched from gold vinyl strips.

Gloves/bracelets/sleeves- stitched thin black vinyl material over gold vinyl, cut out as needed and fasted to the front legs. Bracelet is various gold/orange beads strung on floral wire, fastened to a piece of gold thick wire I shaped with pliers.

Sleeves are hand-stitched from a very thin sheer white scarf material.

Shoulders/collar- Cut out large circular pieces from the black thick belt leather for a raised foundation for the shoulder armor. Then cut out the torso/collar pieces from thin black vinyl, stitched gold wired trim where needed.

Front chest piece is cut from gold vinyl, dark gold ribbon trim detailed on the front with a strip of gold leather across the top, with a sash of gray ribbon with silver trim stitched over top.

Shoulder armor is strips of silver leather layered.

Train- double-folded the thin sheer white scarf material, sandwiched some thin sheer lavender scarf material in the middle then stitched them all together.

Took the dark gold ribbon trim and wired gold trim and individually cut out pointed pieces and stitched them onto a stretch of gray ribbon, then stitched to the rest of the white train. Stitched whole thing around the tail.

Finishing detail of the outfit is two silver straps around the waist with hand-stitched black ribbon in the middles.

Added silver metallic rhinestones on sholder armor and tiny rhinestones to the gold embroidered detail on the train.

oh god love it thank you so much. I will not lose this one even if I have to put in on a leash.
