the south africa variant of heart throb quite possibly might be my favourite g1 pony honestly but i cant imagine shes affordable for me if i could ever find her in the first place, so the next best thing to me would be to make my own:) she was my first g1 custom and while i took some artistic liberties (her hair is brighter than the real heart throb and her symbol purposefully looks more like the us variant than the south african variant) im very happy to have her!
starshine was the original base pony and i rooted her hair and painted her symbol myself. i think she came out quite well !

second image was taken before i painted her symbols but the lighting is much more flattering so it gets included:)
 
thats crazy, i was not even a minute ago looking at the SA g1's on MyLittleWiki and came upon heart throb when i decided to open up MLPTP and see this thread. she looks absolutely gorgeous!! you really made her look like the real deal. <3

She looks fantastic! My E collects heart throb and I figure that a custom is the only way she’ll get that one, too! Great job!
