Hello,
i'm going to customize my old goldilocks (or at least try to anyway)and i was woundering what paints do i use to paint her with. why does my pony turn out sticky after i paint her.

Also what do i use to sculpture with, like wings, horns, fangs, excetra. I really would like to get into more costomizing ponies and i can probably do it if these questions are answered. thank you so much

I use Testors acrylic paints, because they smooth themselves out. I haven't used any for a full body repaint, since I prefer to dye my ponies, but there's bound to be somebody who has.

As for sculpturing, the world's your oyster. A lot of people use apoxie sculpt or similar to sculpt horns and wings, and many choose to reinforce it by using wire inside the sculpted area. I've seen some customizers use foam for wings (you know that flat craft foam that's sold in art stores?), and I've been experimenting with making accessories from high density styrofoam.

I've yet to see anyone use resin for making horns or wings, but I have a couple of ideas along those lines, too.

Good luck with customising her :)
