Custom idea help & dream design question

I've got a spare Hidden Treasure. Any ideas on what I should make from her? How hard are the 3D symbols to remove? What's under them?

Feel like 20 questions?

Has anyone tried spray paint on ponies? I was thinking about using Krylon plastic spray paint. Although I've been tempted to use the glow in the dark spray paint as well as the chalk board kind.

Oh, pony custom gods, please send me inspiration.

I'd avoid spray paint if I were you. All of the tutorials I've read have said NOT to use spray paint. You'd be far better off buying some acrylic paint (doesn't matter what brand, but Wal-mart sells little pots of Testor's paint for a reasonable price, and also sells an airbrush for a good price) acrylic paint with an airbrush will be just as quick as spray paint, and give you just as smooth a coat.

As for glow in the dark paint, you may be able to buy that in acrylic, and I think it'd be a really good idea to experiment with it. Just be aware that in some areas, you may have to take your ID with you to buy it (most glow in the dark paint is mildly toxic, though you'd have to drink a whole lot of it to get ill from it). Chalk board paint sounds like fun, but I don't know if it'd stay on the pony (maybe someone else knows?)

I'm sure someone else will be able to advise you on removing 'DD' symbols.

The best suggestion I have? Play around with your ideas, read up a little on customising, and have fun :)

there's nothing under the dream designs, just a hole where it's anchored in place. i don't remember how hard it is to remove them, but once you do you'll have to fill in the hole (or cover it with something else).

i would strongly suggest not using spray paint, as it will take FOREVER to dry and end up very sticky. spray paint is one of those substances that only works on certain materials, and ponies ain't it. go with airbrush paint instead - i've seen gorgeous results from that.

I have to echo all of the other posts - stay away from the spray paint. If it dries non-sticky, it might crack when dry. It's not meant to be permanent.
