So I’ve had this generation three Round ‘N Round for a while now. A few years ago I spilled some soda on her and now her head won’t move. I can’t find anything on the internet that can help get her neck unstuck. If anyone could help that would be awesome.

That neck glue is strong. My RnR's head doesn't move either, its not supposed to move.

If you feel you need to remove her head to clean her up inside, there should be a G3 head removal tutorial somewhere around here.

If there's no signs of rusty or moldy innards, don't worry.

Yeah, what @Leave a Whisper said! The soda didn’t make her sticky, her neck should have come from the factory already glued in place. If you want to remove her head (in order to let it turn), be careful and don’t cut through the neck plug! Try giving some heat and pulling, maybe a hairdryer or heat pad?

The head isn't supposed to move on G3 ponies like this :) Usually when their head is posed in some way (like in the photo) the head is glued like that and it isn't able to move. So, it's not your fault, it has always been like that!

It would certainly be surprising if soda was able to glue her head to that kind of strength, even with the sugar in it.

The others have all already stated that this pony's head isn't supposed to move, and it does look like it's in the correct position for this pose, but I want to humor you here, just in case. There is always a possibility, if you got her second-hand, that she'd had her head removed before for cleaning. You would know more about this particular pony's history than we do.

When you got her, do you explicitly remember attempting to turn her head? When you accidentally spilled soda on her, do you remember attempting to clean her then, or how you did so? Is her neck stuck completely all the way around, or are there any loose areas? Cleaning off something like soda should be as simple as using soap and warm water.

With G1 ponies you can usually break the neck seal pretty easily, but with G3 ponies you will need a hobby knife, hot water, and a lot of luck. Honestly I would leave it be. I used to customize G3s when they were still on store shelves and even after a lot of practice, I ended up BUTCHERING the neck plugs on a lot of ponies. The glue is SO. STRONG.
