Birthday haul! Ponies and a POTC Cake!

To tell the truth, I wasn't expecting anything since we've been strapped for cash. But my girlfriend pulled through!

She took me to Target and I got Tangerine Twinkle, Twinkle Bloom, and Daisy May. She also got me the DVD of Underworld.

Then, we had dinner here (which was duck, my favourite) and I found she'd made me a Pirates of the Caribbean cake! The figures are from the grocery store, the cake part was vanilla and chocolate marble, the frosting was vanilla. She used blue food coloring for the water part and crumbled 'Nilla cookies for the "sand".

I'm not a fan of POTC, myself. But, that cake is AWESOME! I love the creativity that went into the water and sand. Well done. ^_^
 
What a VERY creative cake!!! It looks quite YUMMY!! Can I have a slice? LOL!! ;) And congrats on your newest ponies!! OH......and Happy Birthday!! :D :D :D

Ha neat cake! That took some time, I imagine.
