Anyone's G3's already fading/discoloring???

I was putting my collection on new(to me) bookcases this weekend (YAY!!!!) and found that several of my G3's are FUNKY already - like, Minty's hair has almost faded to white (the open one; the MIP is fine), Butterscotch's hair feels dry-yet-filmy, and Crystal Lace's head looks fine but her body has taken on this orangey sheen!!! I'm so annoyed by this!!!

These ponies have just come out of the box and hung out inside a big dollhouse I have, along with all my other G3's - I don't have any dogs, kids, etc., and am a pretty clean person. Most of my G3's are fine but still - should they already be having issues when they're like two years old?!? :(

Anyone else noticing this with their ponies???

I resently discovered that dark pink G3 hair fades *-*

I have a first issue Wysteria who's pink hair stripes have faded considerably. It's hard to tell them from the white ones. My Cotton Candy is the same, but those are the only problems I've had and it might have to do with having them on a shelf where sunlight hit every now and then (not direct sunlight, but still).

mine seems to be fine.

and yeah sapphire light i can't see any fading (unless it's different if you actually have the pony in front of you).
 
My Minty is faded, too. I left her in the car after I got her, in the sun and when I came out, her hair was a very light pink. T.T
 
Well it look better in person but if you look closer her roots are darker :eek: , here are more pics.

I brushed my rainbow flashes long hair once, and put her on the shelf, and the ends are practically fried...I dont know if it's just cause of the long hair or what, but it's definetly noticable
 
I haven't really noticed any fading yet. I hope they don't start!
