Hi again everyone,

I don't want this to come across as selfish or needy, so please don't think that. I'm currently in a situation where I'm graduating and trying to move into college. So, money is a bit tight for me right now, but I really want to treat myself to some ponies because of all of the unfortunate things that's happened to me this year. Since I know finding ponies/plushies that are cheap are almost impossible, I was hoping that I could build a list of ponies that I want that can be put on hold until I have enough money to purchase or trade. Hopefully by the time I move into college and get used to things, I'll be able to pay and trade people back. I don't have a lot to offer, which is unfortunate, but I'm willing to do what I can. Or, if you know any place/person that could help me out, please let me know!

I also wanted to take the time to thank everyone in this wonderful community. I've only been here for a short time, but I've been treated with absolute kindness from everyone I've talked to. Thank you to everyone who makes this all possible, and thank you for taking the time to read this. If nothing else, I'd love to make new friends

I would definitely recommend looking at your local thrift and garage sales. I have had some luck finding G-3 plushies at some thrift/garage sales in my area. In the past year, I have thrifted several G-1’s and G-3’s and two G-3 plushies for around $1-2 Each or a bulk price. Any duplicates that I get I typically trade, sell, or give away. Plus as an added bonus, it feels so good to find a pony in the wild as the G-3’s are not found in stores anymore...

I would definitely echo what @Icey_Flowerswirl has recommended. Thrift stores are a fantastic source for “cheap” pony finds. I also like to look on Facebook Marketplace, I usually get big lots for not a lot of money there (the most I’ve paid was $50 but I got over 200 ponies, accessories and playsets in that lot).

I think the biggest hurdle will be shipping fee’s when purchasing from anyone online. I’m not sure where your from, but here in Canada I know to expect at least an extra $25+ for just shipping to any ponies I buy from anyone. So bigger items such as plush you may want to try and source locally so you don’t have to pay shipping.

@drusilla has/had MIB G3’s for sale. I know I’ve seen a few posts recently of people looking to sell some off.

Lastly, CONGRATULATIONS ON GRADUATING!!!

Congratulations on graduation!!!! I graduated highschool this year, too! However, I will be working this fall and going to college in the spring instead. I for sure would love to take a look at your list and see if I have any ponies to hold for you!

Best wishes on your future endeavors!

Thank you for your help! I went to a couple thrift stores today, but didn't have any luck. I'm from a small community and not many people have ponies anymore.

I really appreciate the suggestion though! I'll definitely keep looking and check out some Savers and Goodwills when I'm on the road :)

You're completely right. Shipping is almost always costly. But, thank you so much for your help!

And thank you so much for your encouragement! This year was extremely hard for us seniors, but it put a smile on my face when you congratulated me :ponylove:
