Guys! I have been seeing merch here and there for a new line called Afro Unicorn and it is SOOO CUTE!!!

I am in love. I saw a coloring book at the dollar store, some adult size sweatpants at target, and online I saw some really cute plushies!

WOW! The designs are super cute! I do wish curlier hair types were included in MLP. Fingers crossed they make MLP-esque toys!

ETA: They have a website! Here's a little about them. They're a black woman owned business, have a line of youth hair care products that includes stuff for curlier hair types, and there are books with a super cute art style! It looks like the ponies live in the land of Afronia. Cute! I love the representation!

The creator's name is April Showers! I thought that was just about the coolest name I've ever heard.
 
My friends and I were admiring the book illustrations as we were wandering around walmart a few weeks ago. I think the artwork is really charming!

Saw some plush today at Walmart
 
Wow I hadn’t seen the picture books or the plushes. Both are so cute. I’d only seen the merch before, and I thought that’s all it was. I love that it’s a whole thing! The plushes are so great.
 
I've been noticing these around! A little girl was carrying one of the plushies in a store a few weeks ago, saw some merch (stationary I think) at Target, and noticed another little girl with a t-shirt at the airport just a few days ago. They've been on my radar but I wasn't sure exactly what they were (if it's a kids show or something) but the designs are super cute and remind me of MLP.
