That’s all we have here in Toronto too. I will happily keep an eye out for you if you’d like?

I checked Target yesterday and they had a bunch of the first Rainbow set and the Unicorns and Pegasus set, but none of the Wave 4s. Which is weird because the employee I talked to said they had them in their store inventory, but I guess they weren't out on shelves yet. The waiting!

Ahh!!! X3
I doubt they'll release most of them, that's a gargantuan task with ten years worth. Now if only I could find the unicorns and pegasus.

Most or all of them? Do they realize how many ponies that is? XD This line is starting to feel less like an anniversary event and more like a sub-generation, especially if they're really planning on continuing for that long. Now I'm overthinking the whole thing. Do these still fall under G1 or would the re-releases now be considered 1.5 or something since there's so many of them? Is a generation defined by the lore and characteristics of the toyline or by the time period? Do reboots constitute sub-generations, even if there's no significant change to the story or style?

Basic Fun is giving me an existential crisis. XD

They'd be considered reproduction copies. Nothing more or less. I think Basic Fun may be going into this, thinking its more like a shorter lived toyline and less like Barbie.

Ooooh so lucky!!
I’ve still only ever seen them at TRU and they still only have the first wave of collector pose and the scented rainbow ponies. Not sure they’ll get the new waves or not.

Honestly I would really like Bubbles and Seashell. They’re two of my favourite ponies simply because they’re sitting. I love ponies with “different” poses. I also love the rearing ponies, obnoxious as they are. Lol

Sorry if this has already been posted but I haven’t seen this. So, I’m new here and am pretty excited with the 35th anniversary re releases. Got me feeling all type of ways! (Good ways) haha. I went out to like 4 targets around the neighborhood and picked up like 5 of the re released ponies (the other 11 I bought on amazon and 1 on eBay), I now have all of them (except the very first set). So I guess my question is, does anyone know when the second rainbow pony set will be released in Target? I bought Tickle on eBay, but didn’t wanna spend another $20-$30 per pony (on eBay) when they’re only $10 at Target. Is it just a waiting game Rn? Sorry I know this post is on the long side, I Just have so many questions about this re release thing and hope that they’re able to re release many more sets. For me, I’d be so excited if they were to release the twinkle eyes, twice as fancies and the set that had buttons, ribbon, North Star, wind whistler, paradise etc. But In the UK form (no fuzz), but I doubt that’d happen.

Hi, and welcome. You should make a post in the Intros forum so we can get to know you a bit. The Collector Ponies can still be found at Target. (That's pretty much all I've been able to find lately. :hmph:) The second set of Rainbow Ponies are slowly arriving in stores. I've read of others being told that the Collector and first set of Rainbows needed to sell before stores could stock the "Classics" and second set of Rainbows. I don't know how true that is, though. I think the DCPI is the same for the Collectors, Unicorn and Pegasus, and "Classics." Workers would have no way to determine what's in a case until they open it. I know I'm still looking for Glory, Medley, and Sunbeam, as well as the Classics and second Rainbows. Shelves here have been bare except for a few stray Collector or scented Rainbow ponies.
