Hmmm... tempting. Now to rob a bank after spending all my money of silly ol' food.

I just have a hard time allowing myself to think that any Pinkie Pie release is worth $50. I really want hasbro to go back to OC's for exclusives. But I am happy that anyone who wants to get one now can. :)

Have they ever sold the exclusives in the Hasbro shop before? I am not familiar with that is why I am asking. I thought they were just exclusive to the convention. It appears now that this kind of thing would certainly ruin the exclusive in a way if you can just buy it online. I mean you can do that with ebay sure, but from a store? Why make an exclusive and then put it up for sale online? Its odd to me. I am glad everyone can get it sure, but whats the point then of having a convention exclusive? Confused.

In previous years, if after the fair and SDCC hasbro had excess stock of the exclusive, it was sold on their site until stock ran out. However, for the last three years or so they have had enough extra to have it online for a long time after the fair. I've gotten a few exclusives that way.

Thanks for letting me know. I didn't realize this.

To be honest, these look like they'd be more suitable as Target exclusives. Hasbro has really dropped the ball...

You know, for a SDCC Exclusives collector of all brands presented, this would be OK I'm sure. But for a pony collector...? I just can't bring myself to fork out that amount of money for this *just because it's exclusive." The package is the best part of Chicken Pinkie. Not one second of creative thought went into this. Whenever I see review videos on youtube for Monster High and Ever After High exclusives, I'm always left feeling a little sorry for our pony community. If only Mattel managed to buy out Hasbro and get their hands on MLP.... :)
