I have a German baby lemon drop with what appears to be two spots of cancer on her nose. I've had her almost three years with no change. Every other pony, especially boys, that I had with cancer previously had it spread or grow during the time I owned them. Does this mean baby lemon drop doesn't actually have cancer? Is it in remission? I'm rather confounded.
