$ Price Check $ 1st Edition Dream Castle & Majesty

So, in the process of moving, the movers broke my Dream Castle . I'm suppose to get full replacement value. (Which is a little tough with a collectible.) So I need to know what the range for the first edition (pink & blue) is running right now for the insurance claim (fun).

And I'd also be interest in a price for Majesty too, since mine has seen better days anyway.

I checked out ended auctions on ebay, and of the seemingly complete DCs listed, one ended at 49.95, one at 56, one w/ Majesty at 76, and one w/ 5 ponies at 265, but it's the 2nd edition castle. Hope this helps some, maybe??? : )

Oh yes, thank you. Those were in the price range I was thinking of. Except the Lavender & mint green castle of course (Whew, pricey and HTF.) I just needed something to back my thoughts up with since I probably have to prove to them its worth.

Be sure you include the cost of shipping a new one in your claim. What often makes the playsets spendy is more the shipping than the actual cost of the set. I think my husband bought my Dream Castle (complete and including Majesty) last year, here on the TP, for around $50 + shipping. Good luck!
