Slight Marks on Body? OK
Hoof Heart/Cutie Mark Flaws? OK Unless it's really bad.
Tail Rust? OK if very minimal.
Cut Hair? NO
Mold/Cancer Spots? NO
Smoke or Other Strong Smell? NO
