I mainly collect G3 ponies, but I never turn down a unique G4 or G2.

I don't consider myself a picky collector by any means. I prefer loose ponies to MIB as I love fixing up their hair, and when I hold a pony I know has been cherished by a child, I feel honored that I get to give it a second life after being loved so dearly through many playtimes. I even have a few ponies with bite marks on ears and hooves that are definitely staying in my collection! That said, here's my limits for flaws.

OK Flaws:
-haircuts, as long as they aren't super short (medium length hair can be cute!)
-regular grime & dirt (what can I say? it's satisfying seeing a pony scrub clean!)
-acetone-removable marks such as paint
-small amounts of permanent marks (but if the pony is scribbled all over with sharpie, for example, that's a dealbreaker)
-small amounts of bite marks (ear, hooves, non-display side etc)
-minor to moderate neck discoloration
-some tail rust ONLY on ponies with easily removable heads (like ponies with turning heads)

Unwanted Flaws:
-pony cancer of any kind (ew ew ew ew ew i cannot do mold)
-super-duper short haircuts (although I may be interested in bait lots)
-extreme rusting (if it's all over the inside of the body, that sucks to clean, man.)
-scratched up or marked painted areas (eyes, symbol, hoof heart, etc)
-moderate/very visible bite marks (especially on the face, cutie mark, or otherwise visible display side)
-missing or torn hoof magnets
