Hi everybody!
I'd like to introduce myself and tell you how I ended up on this forum
I'm a designer/illustrator from Spain who, about a year ago, became a mum of a little girl who loves horses. So my father decided to give her all my old ponies. They were pretty dirty with messy hair, and the need to take care of them started growing again inside me, so I decided to restore them. Here is where I regained my love for these little guys.
I'm not very interested in large mlp collections just restoring and giving them a new happy life. I enjoy the process very much, and comparing the before and after of a pony is the best and gives me great satisfaction. It's very addictive. Of course, I have an mlp wishlist (g1) which I would like to complete someday.
At this moment, I haven't restored many of my own ponies because I don't want to damage them as their general condition is very good. After all, I don't have enough experience. And this is what has really brought me here, the need to find a community where I can find ideas, some new techniques and tips to improve the ponys' lives.
Also, to gain experience, I have acquired some cheap pony lots to practice, and hopefully, I will be able to restore my beloved Gingerbread, who I have always considered the mommy of all my ponies (she was the first pony I had).
I hope to be able to share here the results of my work.
Sorry for this long post
