*squeels!!* I won the giant plush Wysteria! I'm so happy Now my little pj case one has a mommy I'll post more of my pics later, I'm too tired. I'm still recovering from all the craziness, lol. But I had a blast meeting everyone and especially putting more names to faces I've seen before There were actually a lot of guy collectors this year too which I though was really awesome and thanks to Clipper I now am 5 ponies away from completing my US collection! I love my baby Gametime And another huge thank you to my roomies Skylar and Lunar_sythe for my MIB Princess Tiffany(love her to pieces!) and my Mexican Skydancer, and 2 Italians Bubbles and Skyflier
I was really excited my Styling Cocoberry won first place in the Hasbro inspired custom contest and my Fizzy window cling took runner up in the handicraft section
And thank you to the ever sweet Gypsy who helped collect cash for me during my 10 minute crazy half off sale...I can't say I'll never do that again, but OMG, thank you to everyone who bought stuff from me this weekend Some really hurt to sell like that but I guess I like giving good deals. I just have to remember this was helping pay for school this semester :frown:
Huge thank you to the fair staff, this has by far been one of my favorite fairs. The games were fun and creative, the room was amazing, and the exclusive is beautiful Thank you, thank you, thank you for all the hard work you guys put into this! I would love to see the fair somewhere near Chicago and I know quite a few people have asked for this in the past. I know the venues seem to be hard to find for a decent price, but I think you really need to look for a few things around the city, not necessarily in it. There's trains galore the flood into the city that are only 20-30 minute rides from a lot of places that would be lower priced. There's lots of locals who could scope some places out for you if we knew what kind of criteria/ a budget to look for
