You spent four hours scrubbing with steel wool or scraping with a razor blade to finally get all ick off of your ten year old shower/tub. Now I can't move either arm, but my tub looks new. You could eat off it. Mmmm hmmm. Job well done. Oh yeah, and the kitchen cupboards, baseboards, and sink, vacuum laundry, sheets, toilets, refrigerator, and stove. I wonder how much faster I could have been with two working arms.
Conclusion, ocd+stress=manic cleaning.

When you know someone been in your room from seeing only the slightest movement of toys on your shelf.

Ha ha you guys are so funny. For me you know it is OCD when every pony accessory is in a perfect little zip lock back with the name of the pony, the year, the value of each accessory and whether it is complete or not. You are so organized it is overwhelming facing your organization.

Or

When you get ready to go to sleep you go through entire conversations in your head about situations you are worried about. Uggggg

Fortunately, my back and neck problems prevent me from cleaning like you describe. I just can't do it anymore. booooooo

When a week and a half of whining gets your father to Unbolt a shelf and you move everything to save one pony.
Then you are freaking out as you are trying to remember however thing went and cant find one tiny cup for 3 days.
I Found the cup and Applejack is doing better.
