- For this swap, you will be creating a winter/holiday-themed pony based on one of your partner's ideas.
[*]Participants will be paired based upon skill level. Don't be intimidated if you're a beginner!
[*]This is a circle swap. Partners will be secret, so please try your best not to reveal yours until he/she has received his/her custom.
[*]You will have SIX WEEKS to complete your custom. Please be sure that you are able to commit and stay committed to this project.
1. Minimum three months membership.
2. Minimum post count of 50.
3. Minimum of 10 positive feedbacks on any of the community sites (MLPTP, Arena, PI). I will consider eBay feedback if you are short on community feedback. I will also investigate any negative feedback.
4. Minors (under age 18.) may join with an adult sponsor. You will keep your sponsor informed of your progress, checking in with him/her just as you will with me. This person will receive overall swap feedback from me for being a sponsor. A sponsor must meet the following requirements:
- At least 21 years of age.
- Minimum six months membership.
- Minimum of 15 positive feedbacks on any of the community sites. I will
- investigate any negative feedback.
- He/She must check in on the specified dates to verify that his/her sponsee has
- checked in.
1. Use a genuine Hasbro pony to create your custom. Please don't use fakies, as they're not of the same quality. If you are unsure about whether you should customize a particular pony, don't hesitate to ask. Better safe than sorry!
2. Please join the Winter Holiday Custom Swap social group. There, you can share tips and techniques and discuss the swap.
3. You must be able to meet all deadlines. I understand that life can sometimes throw us curveballs. Should a problem arise, I ask that you PM me ASAP so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
4. All packages must have some type of tracking, for which you must PM me the codes.
5. You must leave feedback for your partner after receiving your custom.
Important Dates:
October 10-17: Swap sign-ups. References checked as applications are received.
October 18: Partners assigned. Don’t procrastinate! GET STARTED!
November 14: Photo update/progress check-in. You will receive your partner's address at this time.
December 5: US shipping deadline.
