I was getting some sales ponies ready and I noticed that this Bow Tie (on the right) has really white bows instead of pink ones. They don't look faded, but like they were painted that way. Is this a variant?

That's what I thought too! But I see a lot of them on eBay look that way. So maybe it's just very pale pink. I listed her for sale anyways....I don't need to start hoarding all the Bow Ties....my room is already full of ponies....lol

I think the Peruvian bowtie has a white bows variation. You can check the hooves. I had a long hair bowtie that had faded bows and only the front two hooves stamped.

While the paint looks mint, the dye could fade out due to sun exposure. Seems like that may be the case.
My Bowtie, while hers are even the slightest of pinks, look white from a distance.

She looks very pretty with her symbols either way though!

Yeah I figured it out once I saw all of the other Bow Ties with white bows galloping around on ebay. They have just become a very very pale pink. :lolpony:

My long haired Bow Tie has white bows too, pretty sure theyre faded out. They probably used the same or similar fading pink pigment like they used to dye the Posey-pink hair.
