I have over 50 dolls and I just love love love the cartoon to pieces. I thought they were creepy too till I saw Pillow feather bed and Blanket her little sister.
 
I am looking at two dogs I got from a rescue group in Oklahoma and realizing... I already have dogs in the quarantine pen. I was only expecting one dog and there were two (who can say no to two siblings in need? Apparently one had a family who saw him and ditched out on adopting him. He was too 'grubby looking'. It was go home with me or the needle, so I HAD to take him.)

Guess I'm going to build a quick pen while they sit in the big carrier. I didn't wanna sleep anyway. :p Shouldn't take long to slam a few posts in and stretch some fence.

When I get through... I better start writing back people I owe message to! :blush:

Holy Celestia 50?? I didn't know there were so many!! :shock: The cartoon is so sweet. I love how they all have such diverse personalities! Aww I just looked up Pillow and Blanket, they are super cute! I also love the little horses. I'v been so tempted to pick one up :ponylove:

It's really sweet you were able to save the dog!! That really stinks they judged him just because he looks a little grubby. It's usually the grubbiest folks who are the sweetest :lolpony: Best of luck getting the pen up and the animals settled!

Oh there is a lot more then that. I am just picky on the ones I like. Yes I like how they all have different personality. You can find yourself in a lot of them. My 2 year old niece is in love with Peanut big top. She think the one I have is hers and has tried to steal it and other dolls from aunties house. Sadly said Aunt is a over grown 5 year old and I don't like to share well in the sense she can have them and take them home lol. I plan to get her one for Christmas.

Thank the Gods you were able to save him. Its amazing how some of the "grubby" animals turn out to be the best thing in the world. My horse, my cats and my dog are the best ones in the world and they did were not as pretty as some but I kick someone butt that insulted them.
 
Got us a serviceable pen up with a nice little dog house. They seem quite pleased with things. The boys are brothers and were surrendered by their owner. They're Bichon/Brussels Griffon. How that for a weird mix? Apparently an experiment by a puppy mill owner that she didn't like the end result of. They've seen rough days. I've named them Captain Hastings and Christian, and I think once I get them cleaned up and out of quarantine they'll get snatched up quick. I'd like them to go together as they seem very attached.

People dump dogs and cats for the weirdest reasons. I had a cat surrendered because the couple bought new furniture and their big ginger Tom did not match it. Like he was an accessory to their home! I had a dog come in because they've believed he had "The Evil Eye". He had cataracts! Oh, there was Sarge, his family was certain he was possessed because he barked at the corner and there was no one there. The corner was near the front door, he was asking to be let out. So many dumb people.

Right now I am playing on the internet before I go start sewing robes. I have my pattern figured. Hoping I have velcro. I thought the robes would be cute for little witches later for Halloween pics!

Lord sounds like my aunts and uncle place in north Carolina. They have rescued so many dog I lost count. they either keep them or send them to brother wolf a no kill shelter to find them good homes or to other places that find home for them. They have about three I steal and bring to my house right now If I could. Sadly my aunt would not part with them. I hope they find good homes.


As to what I was doing watching Daira and clean the last of my ponies and taking pictures.

I finished cooking dinner (and it's only 12:42)! Oh well, I have a bunch of things to attend to today. ;P

Edit: Oh, and it ended up being a taco cake. Awesome stuff.
 
I'm trying to sew my Pony graduation robes and my pattern is The Poo. I give up, I shall go to my warren and sulk.

Sleeping. It's 5PM and I'm just waking up. Between my fiance's weird work schedule and my illness and I can't tell day from night anymore :lolpony:

I'm sewing and watching a Lucio Fulci film then running to the computer here and there to see if anyone has answered the Guessing game thread. I'm multi-tasking! Whooo!

One hour ago I checked all my online messages and sent in a school assignment. Only the really big one left!

It super good and easy to make, really. First you make two mixes for the layers. The first one is minced meat, bacon and taco spice mix along with red paprika and chili. The second one is spinach, onions and garlic, mixed with Philadelphia and cottage cheese. Open a package of tortillas, take turns to add the two different mixes in layers, and end with a layer of cheese on top of the last one. Ten minutes at the bottom of the oven and it's done!

I'm thinking, reading along, that we should start a Recipe Sharing thread. We could get some great ideas from each other!
