Cleaning things up around the house from the kids being sick, and trying to feel a little better myself to feel well enough to decide on which daily routine to attempt

Made tea for my daughter and myself. Sleepytime for my daughter, and Sleepytime Wellness Extra for myself. Put a splash of butter pecan syrup and milk in both of our drinks to give them more flavor

Taking care of my dog Diesel he is sick again. Racking my brain for money for his meds. I hate being poor.
 
I was at the post office looking for my domestic parcel that was shipped over 2 weeks ago. It hasn't arrived and they couldn't tell me where it is because their systems are down... Also it appears that despite the post office no longer being on strike, only one person at even bothered to go to in to work today.
 
Scheduling appointments for my kids to get their fever situation checked out, more tea for my daughter and I, my baby boy changed

About to go hit Dollar Trees trying to find these cute MLP ornaments I found. Well, I found one: Applejack. I wanna find 'em all. It's like Pokemon.

Surely I can find more! Sad no Fluttershy or Rarity though. Glad I know though or I woulda been lookin' and lookin'.
 
I'm amazed Applejack made it onto an ornament. I can only ever seem to get one of my top 3 one set at a time. xD

An hour ago I started making dinner. Only now are we actually eating dinner.
 
I was stunned to see Applejack, and even more surprised to see they bypassed Fluttershy and Rarity for her. Maybe her ratings are up!

And I didn't get to go look for any because my mom is being a butt up at the nursing home. She's decided she's dying. Again. I mean, she is dying, she's on hospice, but she does this whole dying routine when she feels I'm not paying enough attention to her. I've devoted my entire adult life (and most of my teen years for that matter) caring for her, so It's very hurtful to me she won't let me have just a little bit of a life. I have eight siblings, 5 of whom within an hour's drive. Why doesn't she complain to them to come visit every day?

Ugh/ Sorry. I know this makes me sound like a dreadful wretch. I just want to have time with my son and partner. It doesn't seem so much to ask.
 
*Hug* I know your pain--my grandfather does this same thing to my mother (the youngest of 7 and 3 of whom still live in this little town) and he likes to have random pains close to holidays when he feels left out. I feel for him too...but I do wish he would just ask. We would happily go visit if he would just come out and tell us he's feeling particularly lonely that day. I am determined I'm not going to be like that when I'm old but we'll see.

On a happier note...an hour ago I was helping to deliver 7 yellow lab puppies via c-section! It's been a busy busy day for surgeries...always surprises me how many people want things done right before Christmas. Not speaking about the c-section...those kinda have to happen when it's time. :p
 
Thanks, Kallile! It helps knowing I have support here. She was better today, but still a little pooty. I've talked to my most reliable sibling, the very youngest sister and she's coming over to give me a hand. It will help immensely.

Sadly I found none of those ornaments when I went into Durant Oklahoma today. I found another type though, with a tiny puzzle inside! So my day at least had a spark of Pony Joy!

The hunt will continue... RAWR!
 
I was doing dishes and emptying the litter basket. Later I will be doing my laundry.
 
I was eating pizza with ny Boyfriend. Now I'm waiting that clock turns three and I can go to work..
