3 different nail polish removers, witha nd without acetone, and one made for acrylic nails.

Acetone, in it's pure form

Acetone in paint thiner form

and it's still STICKING

what can i do? this poor pony! is there no hope?

Lacquer Thinner!! Bwahahaha!!

I can't use goof off they dont sell it here.

Yuxie - it's bouncey and a ribbon for someone else. i jsut can't get it off..

I've tried hot water, boiling water, cold water, no water. AHRG

Jubie - the only things we have here that you could find a a craft store are artist paints pencils and thinkgs like that. there's barely glue or sealent, let alont cool stuff like that to remove it :?

*sigh* come off flocking come off!

I'm tellin' ya, use Lacquer Thinner!! It stinks like heck, but is really strong stuff! Hrm, you do have Lacquer Thinner over there, right?? You could probably find it in a general-purpose store, a hardware store, or perhaps a grocery/department store.

what do you mean by Laquer thiner? where i come from that would mean either nail polish remover or hairspray thiner... neither of which makes sense, well i've already used nail polish remover. do you have a brand name?

I guess you guys don't have Lacquer Thinner...

Anyways, the brand my dad has is Klean-Strip, it cleans tools/brushes off after use, also good for removing paint/glue. :D It's DEFINETLY not nail polish or hairspray thinner, this stuff stinks, and is VERY strong!! I suppose you may not have it across the seas, shame, it's VERY good for taking stuff off.

So it's a tool cleaner? THAT i might be able to find. thanx :) i'll check it out tomorrow :)

Obi here i come!

LMAO!! sorry over here Obi is the name of a hardware store, i'm not talkin' tampons HEHEHE

You're weird...

I'm kidding. But yep, it's a tool cleaner. It worked to remove the glue on my Sunny Daze bait, so I think it'll take flocking right off.

No Spooky, she isn't weird, english isn't her native language, take a look at where she is from - Slovenia. She thought you meant nail polish remever as it is also called nail lacquer, and hair spray is also called hair lacquer, where as varnish or paint (which you are meaning by lacquer) is not often known by that name. Not having a go at you, I like you, and usually find you very funny  , just thought I'd expalin it. :D

im really sorry mavi
ribbons being such a pain!
*trys to think of some sort of glue removing stuff*

bleach?

I remember somebody (Wildfire, maybe?) posting that she used brake cleaner for cars to deflock and it worked really well, but I've never tried it myself.

I use lacquer thinner as well... paint strippers also... those can be super strong through and you have to be careful not to a) take off symbol or eye paint and b) melt your pony!
I don't usually recommend that to people because I've seen other customizers scream at each other because one person said "Try this!" and they get back "I tried that and it RUINED MY PONY!!" x_x

I know English isn't her native language, and the next sentence says I'm kidding, thus implying that I was merely joking around with her. She knows how crazy and weird I can be (our debates we had), and that I'm usually fooling around with stuff. There's no harm done, I'm just being my usual, unserious, joking self. ;)
