Welcome to the Name Your Price Swap!
How does it work?
- Swaps usually list a fixed price range, and it's hard for some people to fit in it, because they may only be looking for HTF/expensive ponies, or because they are only looking for cheap ponies, and don't want to spend a lot. For this swap, *YOU* choose how much money you are willing to spend one *ONE* pony, and I'll try to match you with someone else who has chosen a similar amount.
- Acceptable amounts are anywhere from $5 to $90. If someone wants to swap under $5 (say, a bait or a common G3), I can probably accomodate them, but I don't want to go over $90.
- Prices will have a range of acceptable variation, since it's hard to say "a pony that is $10 and only $10). For ponies $10 and under, it will be $3. For ponies $10-$25 it is $5, for ponies $25 and up, it will be $10. This means that if you name your price as $10, the ponies you list/buy can be anywhere from $7 to $12.
- This swap is for only one pony.
- Extras are allowed, but no more than $5 worth.
- All items must be wrapped. Think about it... how FUN is it to unwrap gifts?
- You can choose to swap with as many as 2 people, but be conscious of how many you want to swap with. Make sure you can afford to prepare all packages with the same standards before you commit to it.
- Delivery confirmation or receipt of sending is required! This way if something is lost, we're not mad at you, but it will be the post office's fault.
- When shopping for ponies, keep in mind that ponies should be in as near MINT condition as possible, unless your partner specifies differently in order to make a pony fit within the selected price
- Send a package that you would be thrilled to receive yourself.
Requirements to join:
- 1 Month of Active Membership at MLPTP.
- Minimum 16 years old. We will make exceptions for younger members but they must have a sponsor.
- Minimum of 50 posts by end of signups.
- Minimum 5 references for TP feedback (10 if swapping over $50) or outstanding ebay feedback please or TP feedback for 2 successful swaps in the past. Refs must be from trades or people you've sold to!
- You can buy for up to 2 people but don't take on more than you can handle!
- You must not have any Negative Feedback on your profile.
How to register?
Send a PM to me by copying the form below.

Wishlists:
- Once you're accepted into the swap, post your wantlist on the corresponding thread in the wishing well or link to the wishlists forum so they're easy to find!
- Wishlists will be carefully reviewed to make sure that ponies fit in the price you named (Yes, I would also like to believe I can buy a Greek Pony for $15 but it's not feasible). If a pony is not approved on your list, you can email me back and prove me wrong by providing at least 3 completed auction links or WTS TP ads (I will probably check ebay for completed listings to help with pricing, but I may miss stuff, too)
- Wishlists need to be for at least 10 ponies (or more), or at least close if you can only think of, say 8. Please be sure to list those ponies that fit within the price bracket you selected. If you wish to price check please post in discussion.
- Then list other things you're interested in
- Let us know which flaws are totally unacceptable to you.
- Let us know which flaws are ok with you.
- Let us know if you are a G3 mint in box collector.
- List any allergies you might have, as well as your likes or dislikes. Since sending extras is part of this, you want to make sure you receive something you will thoroughly enjoy.
You must PM me when:
- You have any questions.
- You want to sign up.
- You get your swap partner
- You mail your package (you must include tracking info)
- You receive your goodies
- Whenever there are any issues or delays. I understand real life might play tricks on you, and that's OK, just keep me posted so nobody freaks out.

- Signups : Closing on April 9th
- Feedback checking: I'll do it as people register, and will wrap up on April 10th for last minute participants.
- Swap partner assignment : April 10th
- International Shipping Deadline: May 11th
- Domestic Shipping Deadline: May 18th
