Hi all!

As we continue our hard work on the MLPTP's big renovation, we want to hear your thoughts on social media integration.

Our Instagram is in the works and being developed by the lovely @cannibalcow

Tumblr, also. Just because I have one for my customs and collection and always want more pony accounts to follow.

Instagram in the works, yay! I refuse to move over to Facebook (at least, for now).

Facebook and Instagram are the two apps I use the most frequently.

I use Instagram and FB the most, but I don’t have a pony account on any platforms. I already follow the TP on FB.

So, I suppose my vote would be pretty indifferent?

What would you like to see on there? Any suggestions are welcome and appreciated

I'd say use social media to advertise the forum, point people to the URL (on the front profile), advertise all your events, post fun pics of collector ponies or any interesting mlp-related photos

Also whenever you make posts, post trending hashtags to lure new people cause social media is all about hashtags being the big thing that causes people to find you.

Followed! I think the best approach would be to advertise forum events/highlight threads with emphasis on continuing the conversation in the thread here rather than on the posts themselves. Not sure whether or not there's an option to turn off commenting on IG.
