Noone said she was made in the UK. I just said she was the version sold here. Far as I know it, no ponies were ever made in the UK. I was thinking more that some of these 'spanish' ponies were farmed out and produced in other areas for the Spanish production people.shootingstargaze said:Right...but there's no firm indicator that she's from the U.K. either. We'd have to actually see the pony to make a determination of her country-of-origin. I was just throwing the idea out there. I know that not all N/C ponies are Spanish. However, it's a pretty well-known fact that neither Greece nor Mexico produced a Sundance-type pony in their lines (El Greco/Delta? and Auriken/Lili Ledy respectively) so we can definitely rule those countries out for the most part.
I own 3 regular Sundances; HK, NC and China. All have subtle differences. It's not obvious, but since I have all 3 standing next to me, it's easier to tell for me.snowflakerocks said:My Sundance has no country marks, and I've never been abroad, so it must be that NC Sundance was sold in the UK.
