Show off your real life equine pals!

Gosh darn it ( wipes tears away) makes me miss my old horse Buddy. That horse was rescued and I bought him. He had five wonderful year of being our 900 pound dog. Miss him so much.

I probably wouldn’t leave though. Lol I’d just move in next to the ponies and become one of them slowly over time. :lolpony:

@evilbunnyfoofoo

That reminds me of this clip I saw with a cowboy dude who turned into a murderous were-pony

Yeah, I like The Learning Channel plays nothing but reality garbage shows! :lolpony:

Which I admit I sometimes watch.
Oh I live for My Strange Addiction & 90 Day Fiancé. It’s at the point where I can’t decide if these shows are completely scripted or not and I kind of love it.

When I was a kid I got a pony for Christmas! This is Blaze! Named after the horse from one of my favorite series to read when I was little. Way back before digital cameras and smart phones LOL

Ahh soo cute! Love that crescent moon marking.

My live horses are what keeps me from buying up more and more plastic ponies( I collect Breyers and My Little Ponies)
Anyway, for the live ponies:
Heidi- Spotted draft mare, my main girl. 2007 model. I bought her from my aunt as a 4 year old- she got her when she was 18 months (long story as to how and why I ended up with her). She's currently bred as a maiden mare to a seasoned smutty palomino KY Natural gaited. It was my choice but it wasn't in a way. I don't want the foal, but the stud owner has been asking me for years to breed her.
Tessa- Tees Blue Amiga- APHA/AHQHR- Solid paint bred mare, 2008 model. I had bought her originally as a 2 year old, sold her as a 3 year old because I couldn't give her what she needed and bought her back as a 9 year old, and now she's home to stay unless she goes back to her breeder/my farrier.

Oh they're stunners! What absolute beauties!

Okay. I'm sorry my pitches are terrible, but here we go.
IMG_20200326_190855.jpg

My 9th birthday present pony, Contessa, up front.
Behind her my sister's appaloosa gelding, Breeze 'n by.
IMG_20200326_190915.jpg

My sweet Tessa's little colt, Spooked Dude, we just called him dude. His sire was Spooky Doo.
IMG_20200326_190934.jpg

Sugar, an Arabian/thoroughbred cross.
IMG_20200326_190950.jpg

Missouri foxtrotter Reeve's Miss Nell, we called her Kellie. She was huge and sweet. I'm only 9 still in this picture and was only 4' tall.
IMG_20200326_191008.jpg

Missouri Foxtrotter Copy's Yankee Rebel, we called him rebel, because that's how he acted. This was when we first brought him home before his mane and tail grew out. I was 11 and 5'. I was obsessed with the black stallion books, and though not an Arabian and a gelding, he was my black stallion. I spent hours each day just grioming him and did my schoolwork outside with him on nice days.

Quarter horse appaloosa gelding Top Hand, called Handy man. A sweet boy he was.
IMG_20200326_191044.jpg

Buckskin pony, Chester, he was a mean little devil, but I still loved him.
