Kya is me pony-fied. Generally my anthro-self is a tan lycanthrope/wolf/reaper wolf with a white muzzle, paws, and chest. Along with my traditional under eye tears, and on occassion with pink dragon wings. I've had this design (more or less) for my entire internet life; the first time it was created was by one of my best friends and my first friend online. Over the years it changed some of course, and then that same friend started drawing Spirit of the Cimmeron horseys and that made me draw up my first horsey-self; she was originally a morgan horse with white stocks, and nose just like a horse my mom used to have. Her markings were also golden (like my wolf's at the time). But then the years went on and I develved into more fandom and my persona changed too. Then when I was visiting the same friend who drew my first persona she was customizing ponys, and then I decided to start that too (so in other words this is all her fault! :lol: )
My first custom was of my original pony self and it was bad. I knew it was bad before even comming on here; I came here and then I learned it was horrible ^^; But I also learned that it didn't really fit me anymore. So I decided to redesign her. I took different parts of myself and from my different characters through out the years and I made this girl. She kept her brown hair (because I do( and her markings were tweeked a bit to match more my wolf patterns. And seeing as she's a MLP and not a horsey, I went with a pink body because I love pink. Not hot pink though, desite my love and closet filled with clothes of the color, but a pastel pink, because I remembered ponys being pastel. She kept her blue eyes because that's a trait everyone also points out about me and I love my eyes. Over the years the gold teasr turned black due to my affinity to reapers and a corilation to my character Cole McLain. Then her breed; besides being a wolf, for years i was a fire-wolf (a dragon-wolf hybrid) or a pink dragon. why pink? because it's my color! i even brought back a pink dragon statue from germany; so pink and dragons are just my thing. so seeing as my wolf nature has ebbed away from the draconian, i decided to put the draconian bavck into the pony, thus a draco-peg.
then the streaks in her mane yes? that i was something entirely new to the pony; in the past my personas have matched my hair styles whether it was blonde forelocks, red sections, or hot pink/ blonde tips. but the streaks, i hadn't actually done to myself; i actually went out recently and bougfht clip in hair extensions to match it now for the summer because my hair is murder to bleach. but these streaks; each color is resprsentational of a different aspect of my personality personified by a different charcter of mine. the hot pink is my general spontenaity and fun loving self; it also enjoys blood and guts ficks and dead things. the purple is my sanity and grounding to reality and my connection to my very best friend who i swear shares half of my brain PK (PurGlory13); the two of us were doing te same thing at the same time moths before we met online and that was a good what, 3 years ago? she's always the one to bring me back from sadness. the red is my anger and jealousy; it takes alot to make me mad but if i start yelling you better be warned because i can get nasty. the white is my emo-tastic nature and my heart break; i've never had much luck in the love department and it makes me sad because everyone i know says i'm a sweetheart and anyone would be lucky to be with me, yet one of the sweetest guys i know still dumped me T.T i'm just undateable. the blue, is actually my protective nature and is again in connection to my character Cole McLain; he's really me as a guy i feel sometimes, so the blue is also my masculinity i supose.
she's also symbol-less (unlike my original horsey-self) because my mood is ever changing and undefined; that and i hate being labeled by a stero type.
her name itself is my psydoname Katherin PenDragon in japonese; she is the persona of my persona if you think about it. and if that doesn't scream skitzophrenia (which sometimes i think i have) idk what does XD;

Roulette (Laran-Cheryl Kitsch)
Roulette started as a companion to a Gambit custom PK made me AND my "unoffical mascot" for the Fair, but she evolved into so much more. My daddy was and is a comic book collector; i was raised on comic books quite litterally. my garage is full of comic boxes, and when i was 5 i would go with my dad to Hartford CT to be a dealer at a comic book show. so comic books have always been a big part of my life. similarly, so has the Xmen, and most important Gambit. he has and will always be my favorite. So naturtally, he needed a pony companion...
Roulette's very design was inspired by the black and reds of the roulette tables of Vegas. her 21 came from black jack, and the 4 suits came from playing cards. her eyes ten are green, for i was reminded that roulette tables are coverd in green fuzz. her very desigb was pulled from my imagination, coupled with 20 years of comic book and super hero knowledge. then even her powers of facial reconstuction; that i came up with because as a thief hiding in plain sight is key, but also for me it is too. i've always been the one hiding in the corner that no one notices if she's there or not; also masking my true emotions so people wouldn't notice me. Roulette lives behind a mask every day just as i did.
even her whole relationship with Gambit/Nightcrawler is remisnant of my own love life; you fall in love with one guy who leaves you and you settle for the second one who you love but they can never quite match up to the first. that, and sometimes i like comming up with intricate back storyus for characters more than their presant time stories ^^; but still; Roulette was everything i felt a female super hero/ anti-hero could be and what i'd want to be.

Tragedy
picking a third one was hard; i was torn between this girl or Sin. Sin is very close to me because he was my first really good custom, but Tragedy seems to be a bit more intricate.
So Tragedy herself was created in a momentary emo attack, and inspired more by another custom i did eariler where the pony had a stitched on mask. She also pulled design ideas that were originally ment for Sin that i didn't do (the stiched mouth). Her mask makes her blind because if you can't see them they can't see you; she is mute due to the stiching so they cannoty hear her. that way, it makes sense why no one noticesif you're there or not, right?
her colors were chosen in blues to not be so much an evil dark but a meloncholy dark. her symbol ogf a blue rose is also the symbol for unrequitted and unattainable love, and seeing how i'm undateable it just fits so perfectly. her leggings also were designed off of my favorite pair of pants (that i wasn't allowed to wear for an entire year). she was also a unicorn for many reasons; the unis are by far my fav breed of ponys (always have been) but also because a unicorn is meant to be pure white and all that stuff, while we see Tragedy and..dare i say it...she's a "perverted" vision of that (this is also why i adore black unicorns). i always enjoy blurring the lines of black and white and a dark themed unicorn just falls so perfectly into that.

so i hope i didn't scare anyone with my over thinking and long descriptions of these three ^^; cause i do; i REALLY over think designs and histories and patterns of interaction between my characters alllllllllllllllllll te time. but these three, are some of my more favorites and i love them dearly. (if we'd been allowed 4 you'd be seeing Sin too cause i love him too X3 ). just to warn though, i probably missed ALOT i could've said to explain these three; it's sometimes hard to keep all of my thoughts cohesive and in line ^^; so even if i don't place anywhere, i hope you all enjoyed seeing my prettys and reading (or skipping over) my elaborate and scatter brained thought process over how and why i created them like i did ^^
