I just noticed that the brochure advertising "A Very Minty Christmas" (the direct to video and DVD show coming out in fall) has the Paramount Pictures logo on it. Did they do the other G3 shows? I thought it was some other company.

I wonder if this means the animation style will be different!

Edit:

Also, I'm surprised to see it's up for pre-order at Amazon.com already. And has anyone else seen this summary for it yet?

Fat Rock entertainment did the previous ones, but i'm not sure if they pulled out, maybe they are a subsid or Paramount?

Hm, I don't know.. but look at that plot, such a cliche christmas-is-saved-just-in-time thing XP

minty xmas

My friend works in advertising and she gave me "A Very Minty Christmas" a couple weeks age, but my VHS isn't hooked up yet so I haven't been able to watch it!

does anyone know if this is only going to be released in US format? I really want it, but Ii don't know if I will be able to watch it.

I'm pretty sure Paramount is just distributing it... but, I'm not up to date on that.

maybe since this is going directly for sale by iitseld and NOT as a free extra with a pony - they decided that wanted it to be better quality then whoever made the other videos...

for $18 - it BETTER be good quality!!

its this a feature length movie or is it like dancing in the clouds and only 20 mins..??

minty christmas

It is supose to be a 60 minute video, so sort of full length. Full length for kids. Walmart.com also has a cd of very minty christmas on their site. It is songs from the movie. you can sample hear a few of the songs. they are really cute. I can't wait for this movie to come out.

Oh, gosh, I didn't even see that. Nothing says Christmas like a pair of socks, lol. Minty, Minty, Minty! *shakes head* Those are cute.
