New pictures of Equestria Girls Dolls

It's going to take me a while to get used to these. I like the cartoon, but I wouldn't buy one of these on purpose.

I was almost feeling upset that I didn't buy one the other day till I got to the changing of the boots part. That's just wrong. Does anybody know of other dolls made that way? I have never encountered it, and I thought the boots were the ugliest part of the outfits. So I was thinking of using/making something else it if I got a doll, but it's going to be more trouble now.

The way they do the hair to almost mimic a tail is cute though.

I'm not sure about the current Bratz dolls because I don't collect them, but the older Bratz dolls did not have feet just removable shoes.

My younger sister had some of those, and you find them all over the house without any feet, it can get rather creepy o.o

On that video, I watched it and they mentioned about they didn't stand up too well on their own and I have no stands that would fit a doll as I don't like dolls. Being the huge child I am I love opening the newer ponies, so I'd probably have to keep them in the box which I wouldn't like that much. I don't mind giving them a miss, but maybe in the future I'll have a look when the dolls pop up on eBay for a bit cheaper.

If they did a Luna I would defiantly buy her, and I'm thinking it won't be all that unlikely.

I can't watch a video right now but from the newer pics they look kinda cute. I saw the movie and I sorta like them. I still like them as ponies more though.

One of my friends told me about this the other day...I thought they were making it up. This is a terrible idea Hasbro. Ponies are ponies NOT little girls. Just make a new line. Just one more reason to dislike the new Hasbro.

I bought the Rainbow Dash the other day. She really does grow on you. You can trade shoes with the Bratz dolls, but the Bratz feet are mostly way too big on the EQ girls.

I feel the same way. I have seen them in the store and I'm liked well maybe I'll get one, and then I'm like maybe I'll just get two. Then I stand there for a few moments then I'm like I don't really like them and I put them back and get the ponies that I'm used to.

Yeah, no I am not into dolls and they are just scary. They look cheap and I really dislike them. Stick to Ponies!!!

I saw them for the first time in real life while perusing Kmart last week. Ick. Applejack looks like a bad spray tan job

I will confess I think they're really cute- I love their soft pony hair and they look so cute posing with their pony friends - but of course I've never had a problem with dolls- I love them!

The poseable Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy are particularly cute...

I think that if I were to buy one, I'd customize it to make it look better...

I actually really like them -- I don't know if it's so much the allure of humans, but this finally opens up some good canon cosplay possibilities for me, and also getting to dress up ponies? Rad. I know there's Fashion Style g4s, but they're a totally different scale than the brushables so I am still sketch on getting them. Also, why would ponies wear clothes?

Oh, I like those cheer dolls! But gosh a whole set, and an exclusive.

I don't know if I'll be able to get one.

...You'd think Pinkie Pie would be at a pep rally though, wouldn't you?

Maybe they were trying to keep the price point at a certain level and had to nix one of the regular girls. Tough choice to pick an odd character out though.
I would have probably picked Applejack to be left out since I feel pretty neutral about her.

I love the Luna in that set- but I really wish I knew whether they were going to release her on her own...

I don't like how they don't look like the characters they're supposed to be. I mean, these aren't my thing, but I understand this aesthetic is very successful right now with kids and that's the bottom line for a company. Which is fine and I accept. But they seem poorly designed. I love humanized takes on non-human characters, always have, but most fan ones I've seen are much better. :\

Luna's design doesn't even work with her character at all. I do not get those ears at all either -_-

Hmm.... none of them had ears like that in the movie. I think they're trying to hard to please the pony people and the bronies at the same time. Why not just design the dolls the way you designed the movie characters and be done with it? Make add ons like ears and tails, etc.

Oh wait, this is Hasbro we're talking about.... do they ever make anything like their animations?

Now that I've seen the movie (and surprisingly enjoyed it, even laughing out loud at a few things), I honestly think I may pick up my usual army in Fluttershy and Dashie. I did see Celestia in doll form up close... I'm not too sure about her.
