G3 My Little Pony Accessory: What does this go to?

I did a quick Google search for LPS hats and there is a ton of them. I didn't see the one you have, but I only did a quick search. It certainly looks like an LPS hat, but it really could be from lots of different toy lines.

I recognize that hat... It probably isnt a hat, it looks like a Ponyville skirt to me
 
No its not a ponyville product its way too big. Ponyville skirts had small waists and a slit so you can get them on easily. The hole part of this hat is like 3 times bigger than your ponyville skirts. Its not a Ponyville product at all as I have checked it with my collection. I am leaning toward LPS because I have tons and tons of those. I figure it must belong to them because, everything else I have is either too big or too small.

I think it might be the tinsel that is attracting him to this line. Not all of the ponies I have caught him with have it though. He doesn't really hurt them, but he does frizz their hair. I guess he thinks they are kittens. Poor Butterfly Island is slowing being put away. Sigh. My mother thinks he will grow up and slow down. Well, when? He is a year old. I guess for him it may take a while. He spent the first 6 months of his life seriously sick and in a cage. No kitty deserves that. He is making up for lost time while developing his incredible talents to be a spy.

Baaaahahaha, you better check ebay. He's probably got himself a secret account and is selling them out from under you. Have you noticed any fancy new kitty toys appearing suddenly? :) What a sketch--and he somehow LOOKS like a Vinny, too. :D

Roflol, actually this morning I discovered little tiny teeth marks in a G3 pony and I knew who did it. So now, for sure I will be putting everything up. Holy terror is not going to ruin my ponies. Thank goodness I have an extra one but I am mad to say the least at this fuzz. I bet if I look on my credit card statement there will be a giant tree house on there. Vinny would pick the largest and most expensive cat toy on the market. I wouldn't put it past him to take out a loan on an RV and drive it himself with Chloe' in the passenger seat.

Up until this point I thought he wasn't hurting anything. Boy I need eye surgery.

Yea that's a nice website for G1 LPS. I really think this is a G2 item. I had a huge amount of G1 at one time and I don't remember an accessory like this with G1.
 
Ahhh okay. I've never collected them so I wasn't aware of the different generations! :unsure:

Here's hoping you manage to ID it before the kitties re-claim it as their own. :)

I am so glad someone is trying to help me. I want just scream because, I can't for the life of me figure this one out lol.
