Sorry I didn't get this up sooner! I've been insanely busy!
I had a fantastic time at the MD MLP Meet this year! Its great every year, but I think it just keeps getting better and better every year!
I happened to get very lucky this meet, walking away with some ponies I very much wanted, and a rare prize! Jewel told me before I left I must post a brag about what I got, so here it is, saving the best for last.
I'll start with my haul from the prize table:
I got very lucky! And I found a bunch of gems in there, here are some of the highlights:
I got home with 6, blind bags, although I got 7 (I gave one to my friend). This makes 4 clear Pinkies for me total! When am I gonna get the other 2?:

G1 Mail Order Goldilocks!! I was surprised she wasn't grabbed sooner, it took a little bit before they started calling my name for the prize table, she was the first thing I grabbed!:
And finally, also something that I was surprised wasn't grabbed sooner. There was an open Blind Bag on the table, that was from a Wave not in America yet. I peeked inside and all I saw was a yellow pony, and I knew I didn't have any from other countries. Lo and behold, I looked in to the bag when I got home, and it was a G4 Big Brother, Goldengrapes! He's so handsome!:
Next are the ponies I purchased. There were so many, and all very tempting! I think I did very well getting the ones I did. For the most part, all were pretty much perfect, except for one, which being what it is and the cost is a great candidate for restoration.
My first purchase was at exactly 10 am when the sales opened. I bought this stunning Dr. Whooves Plushie made by the incredibly talented Anitas_mom, which made the gorgeous Princess Pearl Plush I bought last year.:
G3 Mistletoe, there is something awesome about white ponies:
My Pretty Pony! She's so cute! I've never had one! Her mechanism still works and her hair is very pretty. (Not from the auction):
And then there are my G1 buys:
Full set of accessories for my favorite G1 BBE Baby Lickity Split I've had since I was very little:
G1 Big Brother 4-Speed!:
G1 So-Soft Magic Star, flocking is pretty much perfect, only very minimal loss around the ears:
G1 Not So-Soft Surprise, goes perfectly with something I won later!:
G1 Baby Nibbles, which I didn't realize until I got home that I bought a lonely Baby Dibbles last year, and they are now reunited!:
My candidate for restoration, G1 Spanish Snowflake (Variant II?). I saw her and she is sooo beautiful, I couldn't turn her down:
And my most favorite purchase, a grail pony I've been wanting for soooo long, ever since I first saw her, G1 UK Gypsy:
And, finally, my big prizes! I never expected to win anything, but I was really hoping I did! I participated in all three guessing jars and the big raffle.
I was so excited when I won two of the three guessing jars! I was only off by like one or two accessories too! I won the G1 jar, with G1 Mail Order Pearlized Baby Surprise and the G3 jar with G3 Target exclusive Baby Boogie Woogie!
If that wasn't enough, right before the winners of those jars were announced, I also won the best prize of them all, the main raffle prize!! Without further ado, G4 Shining Armor and Princess Cadence!!!!:
I can't begin to describe my excitement when they called me! I wanted to win so much, and I kept hoping and hoping. It was definitely a great meet, and that was just the icing on the cake!
The couple will be staying in their packages, because they are special, and I will be opening up the set that actually comes with castle.
Thank you Jewel and the MD MLP Meet Committee! You guys made it so much fun, with great games, food, events and prizes! I will treasure all the ponies and memories from this year and look forward to the next meet!
