Hello peoples! This is my new custom,and my very first time working with Sculpey! This custom is of my beloved pet goat Lucky who passed away in 2011. I tried to capture all his markings and color as best I could.
I'm quite happy with how he turned out! I was Terrified of trying to sculp things and get them to stick on! And I was petrified of melting him in the oven! But it was a lot of fun! He was made from a double I had of G3 Sew 'n So. Here are the pics!
Getting started!;
Finished!;
^ His knees were always bare and scabby from kneeling so much,lol.
^ I know his forehead is kinda messy with all the black flecks,but his real face had flecks everywhere,so I just did my best! (I suck at controlling a paint brush!) I also discovered that I hate trying to line eyes!
Name & year on his tummy
Lil hooves! You'll notice I'm not yet a pro at totally smoothing out Sculpey!
My custom with my fave Lucky photo;
And..just a couple of my real,dear Lucky,just to show what he really looked like,
Thankyou for looking! I'm starting on another,for my other goat George,whom I lost in November and had a post about. (Thankyou again for all your comfort and support!)
And after all this,I really hope these pics work! LOL
